With a variety of approaches, we will undertake a 2 to 3 hour initial review of your capacity for digital transformation. We may apply couple of simple business diagnostics, understand how likely you are to succeed with the plannned change and even weave in some high-level financial evaluation.

Either in our coffee meeting or in our initial digital review we will have agreed with you the scope of this session which can last between six hours and up to 3 days (not all of which need to be taken together).
Cost : From $8500-$35,000.
Ensuring that your organisation and your culture is ready for change is critical to its success. This is a 3 to 6 month program of support for your key people in which we can add their knowledge and experience to the work from strategy session but also coach them how to prepare themselves and their teams for change.
Cost : From $1,000 per person per month.
We will work with you over 3 to 12 month period to support the development of vendor requirements to bring your digital strategy to life.
