The 3R Process
We recognise that change has been thrust upon many businesses. In the midst of that, the array of potential digital solutions is enormous. In order to Pivot and Thrive we make sure that our 3R process guides you through a minefield of potential missteps to the right decisions for your business, applying the right solutions at the right time.
Realisation
Given all of the change that we are all facing, we have adapted our Now Where How problem-solving framework to New Where How. It is important that we quickly identify the new challenges that you face in response to the bewildering changes that we have all experienced. Our Realisation stage is completely free. Over the time it takes to share a coffee, whether face-to-face or online we will sketch out a simple plan for your future across the major areas of challenge that you face in areas such as Strategy, Change, Customers, Employees, Business Model, Safety and Markets. Alternatively, if you need, we can drill down on one of those in this free session.
Revelation
It is possible that the Realisation stage could take you straight to a product solution in one of the areas that we explore. However, we feel it is more likely that you will want to explore the issues in depth before taking major decisions. This is where our Revelation Workshop can be conducted with you and your team, either online, or face-to-face if that is a safe option. In this session, we’ll achieve a clear path forward and understand the amount of work required for your change to succeed
Renewal
There are 2 streams to this, Implementation and People. The size of your project will influence the extent of support required. While you may be happy to install new solutions and just start using them, we know that people need to take a little more time. This can range from individual coaching and advice during the life of the project through to the design and implication of our 3R Transformation Academy. Whatever the level, our focus is to ensure your experience is simplified and smooth
